GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • It is mandatory for the guest to present a valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to the government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at our service apartment. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Guest are required to pay Rs. 2000/- as security deposit at the time of check-in, which will be refunded at the time of check-out after inspection of the apartment.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to our apartment assets. Guest shall keep our apartment in good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

PAYMENT TERMS:

50% advance payment at the time of booking via NEFT/ IMPS transfer and 50% balance amount to be  paid at the time of check in.

  • Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
  • Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT:

Check-in Time Early Check-in Charges
Before 6 AM 100% charges for one day payable as per our apartment rates of the previous day (subject to availability)
6 AM to 11 AM 20% charges payable as per our apartment rates of the previous day (subject to availability).

Check-out

Check-out Time Late Check-out Charges
Between 10 AM and 2 PM 30% charges payable as per our apartment rates of the next day.
After 2 PM 100% charges payable as per our apartment rates of the next day

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS(FAQs):

Are meals included in the tariff?
No.  A functional kitchen is available  in each service apartment. If you do not wish  to cook, there are many restaurants nearby.

Is there a swimming pool on this property?
No, there isn’t. This is a simple budget property.

Is there a geyser in the bathroom?
Yes.

Do we have to get sheets to keep us warm at night?
No. You’ll be provided with blankets.

Do you provide toiletries?
No. You’ll need to bring your own toiletries. You’ll be provided with 2 soaps  and 2 towels only once at the time of check-in.

What’s the provision that you have for drinking water?
Mineral water gallons of 20L or  5L can be provided, but are chargeable.

Are pets allowed to stay in the apartment?
Yes. We allow pets to stay in the apartment but proper care should be taken to avoid  any disturbance and  damage to the property assets.
